SEE EUROPE IN COMFORT
FROM A SCENIC "SPACE-SHIP" |
|

For the discerning global traveler deserving unique European river
cruising experiences, Scenic Tours offers the refined traveler opportunities
that exceed the highest expectations in quality and service.
Scenic Tours is the proud, international tour company operating the latest
in state-of-the-art river cruisers. Scenic Tours, an established and
credible global operator based in Australia for more than 20 years, has an
impeccable reputation for quality and service. Their new Scenic “Space Ships” feature Scenic Tours’ signature Private Balcony Suites,
luxurious interiors and dining venues, amenities and onboard service
such as an exclusive Butler Service on selected cabins. Your leisurely
cruise will sail past the beautiful banks of the beautiful Rhine and Danube
Rivers. Friendly captains, guides and coach drivers go out of their way to
ensure you are entirely pleased. They take you to all the “must see” sights and special places where
tourists are rare and the locals are genuinely glad to meet you. Many
of their guests return to travel with them time and time again.
Scenic Tours calls their new vessels
"Scenic
Space-Ships" as they offer an unparalleled sense of personal space and
freedom with only 169 guests.
There are no other ships traversing the rivers of Europe that can
compare to Scenic Tours "Space-Ships". They have a fleet of four
luxury vessels that were built exclusively to Scenic Tours
specifications, using cutting-edge technology, designed by Europe's
leading naval architects. A fifth ship Scenic Pearl, will join her
sisters, Scenic Emerald, Scenic Sapphire, Scenic Diamond and Scenic
Ruby, early in 2011.
Spacious Public Areas: All the ships in the fleet are 148 yards long, compared to
standard European river cruising vessels at 120 yards. That's 22% more
space. At more than 30 meters long, the observation
lounge is larger than on other ships and is adjoined by a 5 meter long
open air teak deck. This deck is exclusive to Scenic Tours and gives
you unlimited access to outside areas. Their fine-dining restaurant is
30% larger than the average river cruise ship.

Private Balcony Suites are 24% larger than on other ships, and
feature full outdoor balconies, with teak tables and chairs, allowing
you to sit outside and enjoy the passing vistas. Other ships feature
"French Balconies", which are really just sliding glass doors with a
railing - no outside deck or seating.
All the vessels offer two full decks of private balcony suites (82%
of all cabins), and at a spacious 200 square feet, they provide a
retreat for relaxation and enjoyment. To really treat yourself, choose
one of our Royal or Junior Suites. Junior Suites offer 250 square feet
of pure luxury, and Royal Suites are the last word in indulgence with
300 square feet of immaculately appointed living space.
Guests accommodated on the superior Danube Deck or in Royal or
Junior Suites will be attended to by a private butler service.
Dock in the heart of Europe’s towns and cities: At every destination Scenic Tours pre-books the very best docking places
available. Your "Space-Ship" will be close to the heart of town for easy
access to your included sightseeing. And because the town center is
literally on your doorstep, you’ll be able to seize every moment. Wander
through cobblestone streets or sip a coffee in a local café and just soak up
the atmosphere.
